Getabercert.ie is an Irish BER company that provides Building Energy Ratings (BER) for domestic homes or commercial buildings in Ireland. Our aim is to provide a professional and efficient service in relation to all building energy rating issues. Getabercert.ie consists of a large team of qualified BER Assessors dedicated to providing a high quality services for all our clients.

Our primary objective is to carry out BER assessments and provide BER Certificates to suitable applicants. We are made up of qualified and experienced BER assessors with architectural backgrounds, who have trained under the national framework of qualifications and are registered with SEI.

Our BER assessors not only provide our clients with a thorough BER assessment and BER Certificate, but we also provide independent advise to clients in relation to existing dwellings, new dwellings and dwellings at the planning or construction stage, this provides our clients with an opportunity to improve their BER Rating before a BER Certificate is issued.

Our building energy rating assessors can also provide an improvements sheet, which shows how much your rating can be improved by making some, or all of the changes on the advisory report. It is also a good indicator of which changes will make the biggest improvement to your rating or how to bring your property up to a B or even an A rating.
